Language Prompt AI sells instant digital prompt packs and ebooks. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and will handle eligible refund requests fairly.

Seven-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of your purchase if you have not downloaded or otherwise accessed the digital files.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Once a prompt pack or ebook has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund. Refund requests submitted more than seven calendar days after purchase are also not eligible. These terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Access Problems

If you cannot access your download, email us within seven days of purchase. We will work with you to restore access, and if we cannot resolve the issue, we will review your refund request.

How to Request a Refund

Email languagepromptai@outlook.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include the email address used for your purchase, your order ID, and a brief reason for your request.

Processing Times

If approved, your refund will be returned to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
